实习 are an integral part of the educational experience accross all of the programs offered by the Department of Political Science. With help from the Campus 2 Career Hub and it’s 实习中心, the Department has placed interns in local governments and non-profits, 律师事务所, 美国.S. 民主党国会.C., and even with international organizations. Our location in Downtown 丹佛 provides a unique opportunity to work right where all the action is, or choose an internship outside of the metro area, 或者国家, to pursue unique opportunities.

Through the 密歇根州立大学丹佛 Earn and Learn Program, the Department offers dedicated funds to provide wages for unpaid internships for those who qualify.
Recent 实习 include 美国.S. House of Representatives, Colorado State Legislature, various political campaigns, 律师事务所, 市议会, and many non-profits and public policy agencies.

Institute for Public Service Presidential Internship Program
The 密歇根州立大学丹佛 Institute for Public Service Presidential Internship Program provides students a once-in-a-lifetime experience working in Washington, D.C. This competitive internship places students in an internship in D.C., provides a stipend, and covers travel and lodging expenses. This is a great opportunity outside of our regular internship program.
