MSU Denver does not offer on-campus housing. For more information on local housing, property management companies, emergency housing, and affordable and subsidized housing, here’s a link to assist in your local housing search.
Additionally, through a partnership with CU Denver, MSU Denver students can live adjacent to campus at Lynx Crossing. This new University-affiliated housing option allows MSU Denver students to enjoy the benefits and convenience of housing connections through MSU Denver, such as housing and dining contracts based on academic terms and the convenience of packaging housing costs on their MSU Denver student account. If you need immediate assistance during office hours, contact the Student Care Center at 303-615-0006 to discuss your specific situation with a case manager. If you need help after normal business hours you can call 211 from your phone to receive information on emergency shelters in your area.
As MSU Denver does not offer campus housing, we cannot assist you with finding a place to live. However, our Off-Campus Housing website provides a list of housing options and resources for students to consider as they look for a place to live or roommate.
We encourage students to research the apartment buildings or property management companies they chose to rent from. Here is a link to the Better Business Bureau to review the company.
Beyond these online resources, students who need emergency housing can schedule an appointment with a case manager in the Student Care Center by calling 303-615-0006 or visiting Tivoli 311. We’re here to help!
Metropolitan State University of Denver is a non-residential commuter campus. This means we do not provide on-campus housing to our students.
We cannot directly assist you in finding a roommate. However, you can use the Roommate Search section of this website to find Roadrunners who are looking for a roommate and might provide a good roommate match for you.
