I have been working in the field for 28 years. I have focused on children, adolescents and families. I have been a supervisor and administrator in a variety of settings. My expertise is in supervising Social Workers and Interns, training people in using Solution Focused Brief Therapy and in Suicide Prevention.

苏茜·莱德,LCSW, 虫胶, MAC is the Director of Field Education at Metropolitan State University of 丹佛.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Oberlin College.  She received her Master of Social Work Degree at Smith College School for Social Work.  She worked for 7 years at Cleo Wallace Centers in various positions including Inpatient Social Worker, 住宅的临床医生, Inpatient Manager and Clinical Director.  Susie then continued her work with children, adolescents and families at Mental Health Partners for 16 years.  At Mental Health Partners, she was the Solution Focused Therapy trainer for the center for several years.  Her most recent job at Mental Health Partners was as the Senior Program Manager for the Prevention/Intervention and School Based 项目 in the Boulder Valley and St. Vrain School Districts with oversight of 35 therapists.  She has been a Faculty Field Advisor, 招生的读者, Integrative Seminar co-leader and Lecturer in the Continuing Education for Advanced Clinician program at Smith College School for Social Work. 在密歇根州立大学丹佛分校, she has been an Associate Director of Field Education and a Clinical Field Faculty prior to her current role as Director of Field Education.
