The 密歇根州立大学丹佛 Community Collab Summit’s objective is to provide an annual community and leadership development event for faculty, 工作人员, 椅子, 院长, 高层领导. Rather than a research driven conference, this summit addresses and builds campus community by having the tough but necessary discussions and provides thoughtful and strategic leadership development sessions for all attendees. 社区圈子: Community circles are spaces where individuals come together to engage in open dialogue, 分享经验, and build connections. These types of circles are often characterized by their inclusive and democratic nature, where everyone’s voice is valued equally. The goal of the Summit’s 社区圈子 is to foster a sense of belonging and solidarity on the 密歇根州立大学丹佛 campus as we kick start a new academic year. 主题s can range from specific problems 在校园 to campus-wide issues. 主题 examples: faculty and 工作人员 workload, culture across campus, affiliate faculty community, etc.

Leadership Development: Leadership development session ideas should ultimately empower participants with the knowledge, 技能, and insights needed to become more effective and impactful leaders in the classroom, 在校园, and within our communities.
