Brief Description

目的: This policy prohibits 密歇根州立大学丹佛 employees and organizations from contracting to indemnify or hold harmless contractors without Board of Trustees (or designee) approval, in accordance with C.R.S. § 23-5-106.
范围: This policy applies to all contracts entered into by 密歇根州立大学丹佛. This policy will not otherwise modify or amend prior delegations of authority from the Board of Trustees to the University President regarding the authority to approve and to execute contracts, 协议, 和其他, 绑定, legal instruments.
